We just have to lay down to the fact that that year, there were other songs like Kate's song. Sweden for example was amazing and just a bit better than Kate. I bet, if Sweden would have sent something else, we would have gone through to the finals.

COME ON ! Don't be bitter westerners! It was a great song on the radio, but this performance is painful to watch! The singing is excruciating and the scenography just.... not right.
I'm a purebreed Belgian and I think it did not deserve the final.If we want to criticize the politisation of the contest, we have to be honest and not wish for our country to win even when it sucks! Good song+bad performance=not a winner
