It might help to set your workspace a little more closely together. That way you won't be jumping around the screen so much and your videos would be easier to follow. At the moment this is just making me dizzy.

uptop, there should be a drop down arrow near the gradients colour click that arrow and you can choose whice preset gradient you want or, select 2 colours and then click the top left
