If there is a nuclear war, it will probably stay in the Middle East. No other country with nuclear capabilities would hit anyone else because of M.A.D. (Mutually Assured Destruction) which means that in the time it takes one's missles to reach their target, the target launches their missles, so both countries are dead. Not a problem for religous fanatics like in the ME, however, unless several thousand terrorist are going to throw the warhead at someone, they're only a threat to each other.
