Merry Christmas Sam, Danny, families and all of the fantastic vlog people!!!! Funny, I thought the dip being a main course originated from the South (which is where I am from). We always have the "dip spread" before each holiday meal. There is salsa with tortilla chips, fritoes, ranch dip, potato chips, black olives, deviled eggs.....So funny! Love to all of you!

Thanks for answering my 2 questions. Merry Christmas Sam, Danny, Alex and Vlog people. I'm from Ohio and indeed dip is my favorite food. I had many tons of dip in Pittsburgh Sunday for Christmas. YUM. I wonder what kind of dip is in my fridge right now...I must go investigate. Happy Holidays

Help me out here.....what is a SECONDARY cheese dip? I'm assuming it is a dip in which cheese is used, but as a secondary ingredient, as in a deviled ham and cheese spread, or a dip in which it has equal weighting, but second billing? As in Smoked salmon cream cheese dip?

Or, perhaps it is based on a cheese wheel which is like a color wheel, with cheddar, mozzarella and swiss as primary cheeses, and your secondary cheeses being provolone, monterey jack and blue cheese...then you'd have to have tertiary cheeses, like goat cheese, feta and stilton......Someone help me out here, as I've never heard of a secondary cheese!!

Primary colors: Yellow (Honey Mustard) Red (salsa) and blue (blueberry?) Secondary: green(spinach artichoke)orange (Orange?)Purple (eggplant?)I believe for the tertiary you would have to mix the primary and secondary dips accodingly to achieve optimin dip results...Actually this is really begining to get weird so maybe I should stop. Sorry!
