I respect Kerry, and he would have made a great president. He is intelligent and makes sound valid arguments. Unfortunately ignorance in this country runs rampant while intelligence and honesty is shoved aside. This bill should be a huge mark on US history, but we are treated to the leak on the Foley scandal which has been carefully timed. I fear for this country.
