This music is a Russian waltz recorded in 1938 for NKMP RSFSR by Yakov Skomorovskij's Orchestra and was given to me by kspm01 who has one of the best vintage music channels on YT! Also check out jurek46pink's channel. He specializes in Polish and Russian vintage music and is a scholar like kspm. I don't have the name of this piece nor does Patrick.

Great! I only know Tamara de Lempicka by name and was not at all familiar with her fantastic art. I would also have liked to have my potrait done by her even if my potrait not would have been so erotic. Both traditional and modern style at the same time. I am fascinated of the Art Deco era. It was great stuff. Not like Picasso potraits with the eyes on different levels. The music is also great; so full of sentiment. Glad I watched. I learnt somthing new today and thats important to me.

She is my daughter's favorite artist so I made this for her. kspm gave me the music after I told him what I was looking for in the sound. I adore Art Deco too.
