Well, the description states that they did this basically to piss of drivers, but they don't even have lights, which is just pretty stupid, especially if you're going to complain about drivers almost hitting you.

I ride fixed, and it's pretty obvious they did this to spite the drivers....and I only said " to complain" as a hypothetical situation, not that they did, so take your attitude elsewhere bub.

How do these riders see over the tops of trucks and minivans? I'd be scared of a jaywalker popping out from no where. I used to ride in Queens and LI but I'd always stay on the shoulder. There's no way I could squeeze between cars like these guys, I'd be too worried about hitting a mirror and getting thrown off balance. I give these guys props.

How am I an idiot, because you think I'm wrong about one thing? Maybe I overreacted to this, but that's no reason to get out the pitchforks. I started riding in a bigger city recently and now understand what/why they're doing, so no, I don't think it's a big deal anymore. I was wrong about these riders, but you guys jumped the gun, instead of trying to explain something, you just wanted to try to insult me. I could pick you apart for misspelling, but I won't

its not to piss off drivers I used to ride in LA and its funner than anything. Especially when theres lots of traffic. I use lights, but just enough so if you are watching you see me...most drivers barely even see other cars.
