marcus and l.d. bell have either a bigger colorguard or more GE show.
if they win it's based off skill, not size. Coppell high school has a band of about 300-350 MARCHING, not just in the program and they only score from 3rd-7th, so size does not always matter. Same with Duncanville.

this is ok. but the sound is too small for a medium sized band. check out lassiter high school 2002 nationals. and 1998 BOA Championships bc they got the highest score EVER in the history of BOA that year. much better. truly the best in the land

I was on the evergreen colorguard during this show. To all the people saying we suck, you should be ashamed. You're watching this b/c you love marching band, right? The you should know that we join band to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. It's not about winning or losing, it's about playing the game and putting 110% of our gut and soul into it. Why would you put us down for doing something we love?

The reason Evergreen won that year is because the drumline and colorguard for EHS destroyed Southridge. Evergreen's band lost every category by a little bit but the two sections mentioned previously ripped apart every school there. And then they got no recognition. Pretty retarted. For the record the closer in EHS's show rules

Oh and another thing size does not matter its what you do with what you have! My high school marching band only has 6 color gaurd and 25 horns and we make 4a state finals consitantly. There is only 58 of us and we know thats a so called disadvantage but we make it work and we are in big band capital South Carolina.
