This is so amazing! How is he getting those sounds out of that guitar! I know he's using custom tuning and harmonics but there seems to be alot more going on. I don't even recognize any chord shapes. Rest in peace Michael.

You didnt see Michael Hedges in 1998. Haha thats imposible you doofus. Poor Michael Hedges died in a car accident in december 2 1997. Unless you saw him in 1997 instead. first time I saw MH was on a PBS concert in the late 80's. I thought there were two or three musicians on the stage. But when the camera pulled back it was just him alone on stage making the sounds of a three piece band with one guitar. Ironically I briefly got to know two teachers from Peabody in Baltimore that knew him as a student.
