I would have to agree with Korey all the way on this one. This movie is very much a Matinee. Now the whole cop part was just....It was weird. There was the fact that she was going after Kevin Costner, which was a good story I think. But then the Hangman plot just left me confused and saying "How did they help progress the story?" Now I thought Kevin Costner was terrifying as Mr. Brooks, and definatly a worthy performance by John Hurt I believe his name is. Great review guys!
