Some of these ...( 1 week ago by IncandescentSapphire)
Some of these creatures - like the frill shark viewed at 1:00 that is rarely viewed in its natural enviroment 4,200 ft. below sea - are most likely deep sea creatures washed up to shore by storms or who've simply come up to the shallow waters to die. That these creatures are just strange and rarely viewed up-close seems more likely than evolution taking huge leaps.

The frill shark at ...( 1 week ago by ChrisGnosis)
The frill shark at 1:00 was covered on discovery channel I think. It's the first one seen in a while and is the closest thing to a prehistoric shark we can find but it's not at all paranormal or a "cryptid" it's just unusual. We could find more with modern technology but it takes alot of cash to fund stuff like that and they are rare but not alot of funding groups are interested in them. My stepbrother and I studied them at one point. He had to I was just interested.
Also most of these ...( 1 week ago by ChrisGnosis)
Also most of these animals actually have names so no one should be worried, shocked, scared, or perplexed. If anything be impressed that modern technology can find this sort of stuff now when it was unheard of just a few years ago

You're not far off. With pressures like global warming we might see latent abilities in certain creatures becoming useful where they were almost completely unnecessary before.

not bad. not a big surprise though about 95% of the ocean is unexplored still.. Deep enough down the presure is so immense that we simply don't have the materials to make a vessel that can dive that far down.

actually no...modern technology cant find many of these.. these were all discovered after tsunamis hit...which brought all this creatures from the bottom,..humans have only explored 5% of the ocean. we dont have the means to make a vessel strong enuff to withstand the presssure at deeper levels...these dicoveries were mosty luck...thats why many people are "surprised" to see these, cuz they dont usually come soo close to the surface...they live in the deeps of the ocean where no light exists.
You are half right. ...( 5 days ago by ChrisGnosis)
You are half right.
most of them do live in those depths and we have only explored 5% of the ocean. but we do have the technology to dive to those depths. The rub is that it's insanely expensive, but we have made to the bottom of the Mariana Trench so most depths now are reachable but most of the tech required isn't.
