The 90125 Years were shit years compared to the beginnings of the progressive rock movement. Nice to see pretty boy with the ham hands gone and the original line up back. I wish him well, but stay the F--K away.

Trevor's a solid player and focused Yes more than at any time prior with Fragile and CTTE being on that same level focus. 90125 is a product of its time and Trevors story up until that point was trying to establish him self out side of Rabbit. Meaning he wanted to make money, which is fine and also why he didnt contribute any material like Tales or Tormato.
Although Big Generator isn't very cool, his tracks on union are the best part of that album and Talk is nice if a bit overproduced. 90125ftw

there was so much exceitment about Yes reforming that ANY lineup would have been succesfull-Trevor made great contributions to Yes But Steve Howes Band ASIA was even bigger at the time-people were starved for good music
and bothYes and Asia provided it-had Yes reformed with Steve they would have been just as big at that time. and had trevor joined Asia (as he tried to) Asia would have still been just as big

Trevor is a huge talent. He contributed so much to Yes, and introduced the band to a new audience. He's fantastic as a solo artist too.

As someone else commented, this sounds like Sweet. It sounds like 1976 and a toss at commercial success. If this was recorded anytime after 1978 I'd say it was desperately behind the times. I've heard 2 songs by Rabbitt here on Utube. This reminds me of those... and is leagues away from what became new Yes and 90125.
Having heard today Ut examples of his soundtrack work.. I wonder what's the attraction... how many millions do you need, Trevor? Is'nt it time to write something just for yourself?
