I thought that spirituality is a medetation with the candles and burning incenses or sitting quietly on the top of the mountain. Obviously it's something very different and much deeper.

I have become very interested in what Rabbi Michael Laitman has been saying in his videos. In this segment he describes things that are clearly beyond the perception of the average human being. I have always been very sceptical of people who have made such claims - but this just appears to be somewhat different and I can't describe why.

Is there any evidence for the upper forces? Kabbalah does not believe in faith but with out evidence or proof of the upper force then aren't they taking the faith to their teachings?
