That chick was right when she said to Roz: "it's not fair because you're black". What she meant was that she couldn't really pick on Roz cos she was black. When you attack a heckler, you do so by picking on their flaws, their race, their weight, their gender, etc. But black people are so sensitive, it's hard to pick on their race.

Anyway, it's bad to judge how good a comic is by how they respond to hecklers. Some comics are not that quick on their feet but might have really good material e.g. Bill Hicks. Some comics are the opposite, they are really quick, and very good at trading insults but they don't have such great material e.g. Patrice O'Neal.
