Under Map glitch on Grand Theft Auto 4 with a tutorial on how to do it. This glitch gets you under the map, first you can swim but then you can walk in the water and shoot people or police above you.
Tutorial.
Step 1:
Get into a 4x4 and drive to the gap in the fence seen in the video. Drive over
the wall and drop down to sand.
Step 2:
Then drive into the corner shown in the video and get out your 4x4. Then jump on top of it.
Step 3:
Once on top run and jump to the ledge then hold right to go through then drop down like in the video.
This may take a few attempts.
