As to the title,
つなごう loosely means puzzle. It's literally saying "puzzle our hands". It's when you interweave fingers one over the other, as opposed to the kind of hand holding you do when you're walking side by side with someone. This is the kind you do when facing someone, and it's only done intimately

No, not technically. ayaka sang this song as a preview once for her university tour a while back when she first announced that this song was going to be used in the Doraemon movie. But, this concert was when she "officially" debuted the song since a lot more people heard the song.

One of the best voices in Japan... Amazing live... Utada used to be an amazing live singer, but I don't know why, but recently, her voice seems to have gone through some problems. It almost made me cry to watch Utada try to sing "Prisoner of Love", having such a hard time even holding a long note... I don't know if she's having an illness or something... But anyhow... back to Ayaka. Absolutely amazing!
