This is terrible ... Mercury Morris is obviously a little "slow" mentally, but people are taking his comments seriously. Give him a break. Growing up we let the mentally challenged like Mercury take classes in different buildings, ride special buses to school, but yet we are willing to hold him accountable for his public comments?! It's just not right. Of course he's not going to make sense, and of course he may say ridiculous things like the '72 Dolphins could beat this year's Pats. It's OK!
