i would like to tell my grandma of this technique, she can barely walk up and down the stairs. I am not sure if this is the technique she needs, but it wouldn't hurt to try...

I had bowen therapy yesterday after having back and shoulder pain for 5 years, I am expecting to have 3 sessions but I felt the benefits almost automatically. I have also suffered from pins and needles in my right foot for 7 months, I have had different medications for it but it never went, I had 20hours of no pins and needles yesterday :) can't wait for the other sessions now, it works :)
