I love how he turned 85 this year and how it's like being blind hasn't changed anything playing-wise at all. He plays everything so perfectly.

He starts off with an E7, then plays a diminished chord, basically instead of the 6757 for the E7, play 5656... 6 being the high e string. I hope that helps.

In fact, he's comming to my town for the "Bristol Rhythem and Roots Reunion" this september. man, this year its him, Sam Bush, Ralph Stanley, Dan Timynski, and Wayne Henderson! plus some lesser known (but still FANTASTIC) bands like Langhorne Slim, The Carolina Chocolate Drops, Houser and Co., The Holy Ghost Tent Revival, and the Everybodyfields its going to be a GREAT weekend (anyone who is interested, its in a little mountain town called Bristol (on the TN, VA boarder)
