We are numbing ourselves with this tchnology 2 the point wher we wll no longer fnction cuz we woudnt B able 2 do thngs ourselvs.we depend on others. WE will no longer B able 2 call ourselvs organicbeings. 1 day ther would B no need 2 live cuz our bots will hav done evrythin for us. we woudnt grow. no exprience no learnin, we are stopin evolution. I doubt technology will ever take us down but I do believe that one day all humans will live like kings with all our robots as slaves who have no ill feelings about being slaves. At some point robots will take over every job and society will be forced to take on another structure from capitalism b/c there will be no work for anyone. Everything will be free and maintained by robots. Classes will be taught by robots and people will be left to be the creative force of society.

i think this is such an horrible thing. it's awesome (for technology) but...what's the goal in making a robot playing an instrument?
i think musical instruments are better in human hands. a human that plays violin since 10 years sees (with this robots) all his 10 years destroyed by processors...the human player puts passion in his playing. the robot uses binary codes. nothing else. with these robots (in my opinion) music will
become a no more important thing. and believe me, it is.

They make it play music b/c they are pushing the limits on what they can do with humanoid robots. They are also making them do fun things to make them more interesting. This is really no threat to musicians b/c it will be a really long time, if ever, before robots are able to write music. They have no emotions to put into music. I'm pretty positive that a musician was involved in programming him so somewhere there is a musician watching proudly as his bot plays its song.
