Be careful salt water used as an electrolyte (Liquid that conducts electricity) in this way releases chlorine gas. This is very damageing to lungs. As it appears you are doing this indoors I would be very careful breathing the fumes generated.

salt containing chlorine is not the best option as an electrolizer koh or sodium hydroxide does not contain chlorine and are a couple of the better electrolizers to use cause it doesn't release harmfull fumes to you or your car engine.
