This song is dope and the video is crazy but like it seems like it has a deeper message, because at the beginning and end when she's jumping rope, she goes from chunky to skinny... why? lol bigger message there

It's obviously a metaphor about how the media puts pressure on girls to be thin, and she had a low self esteem and thought she was fat. Or that's the way I see it.

I think it doesn't refer to the way you look... I think it has something to do with suicide actually. I know that would be a bit obvious but I think that is really what it means. If you notice in the begining when they showed her friends she was still "alive" and they were "dead". And at the end she is reunited with her friends. So I'm guessing those were lost loved ones in the pictures that were on the dresser. And instead of coping she committed suicide because of her depression.
