Probably early to mid 60's. Hangover's critic, have you no sense of humor? They didn't even look like hippies then. Got to see CSN & Y at Redrocks, Freedom of Speech Tour in '06. Neil may not look so hot anymore, but man can he whale on a guitar still! I'm so jealous of his wife...if he gives her the same treatment he does his guitar. =~)

Well, Buffalo Springfield formed in 1966, and released For What It's Worth in 1967, so probably not early to mid 60s. Neil Young and Stephen Stills look pretty hippy to me, too. ANd sticking the bass player with his back to the camera in the foreground's pretty far out.
