Iceland was part of Denmark for years. How can it not be included. The people in Finland share similar heritage. People always adhere to these arbitrary rules. Does it come from a provincial attitude? Most likely.

Oh, she is speaking from an understood third person point of view. That is a valid claim. Bjork could well be making an statement of the conjectured sentiment of a person who is Scandinavian.
I can get that, I a will consider it a good possibility. However Bjork may not share that sentiment with the whole of Iceland.
