Out of all the ...( 2 months ago by LaCeDshiz)
Out of all the games Blizzard has made, Starcraft by far has the best Storyline. The warcraft missions are fun, but it does not compare. War, Victory, Defeat. Betrayal at every corner, all for universal domination. If you plan on playing starcraft 2, YOU MUST play the starcraft and Starcraft:Brood war missions. Kerrigan is the ultimate bad guy that ever existed, though she was once an honorable terran, hopefully that gives you an idea of how awesome this game is.

The UED fleet under DuGualle was made very small so that they would have enough supplies to make their journey. If the UED was really serious, they'd have wiped out protoss, zerg and other terrans.
Then again, maybe they'd chicken out because they lost. I really hope not.

It was never officially stated that the cerebrate who served Kerrigan directly (the player), was killed after the events of Brood War. Daggoth was probably killed along with the rest of the renegade cerebrates althrough it is not unlikely that he could have fled or escaped. If there are still cerebrates by the events of SC2, which I hope there will be, the Swarm could potentially be divided again. As for Duran, I believe he's more concerned with the hybrid project and has gone missing.

The last mission ...( 3 weeks ago by Ext3rmin4tor)
The last mission isn't the most difficult one. The most difficult is the mission on Char where you have to kill the Overmind, the one with the UED forces that can count on Zerg Support. You own the last mission easily building a Spore colony and two sunken colonies for both the ramps leading to your base and then quick expanding. After that you build mass Hydras and destroy Terran Dominion forces, than Protoss and after that you build some air and crush the UED.
Blizzard revealed ...( 2 weeks ago by OverlordScorpion)
Blizzard revealed that the Cerebrates depended on the Overmind to remain alive (hence Daggoth's effort to make a new one). When the 2nd Overmind was killed, the Cerebrates died shortly after. Kerrigan has exercised a direct control over the entire Swarm ever since.
That leaves one question: who or what will be the player in the Zerg campaign? Kerrigan herself?
Maybe Kerrigan will ...( 2 weeks ago by AngrySnarks)
Maybe Kerrigan will finally reach her goal of infesting Terrans while keeping their intelligence. I'll miss the Cerebrates and Overmind though. The Zerg briefings on Brood War felt pretty quiet without the occasional Cerebrate popping in to say a thing or two. I was surprised none of the Cerebrates attempted to communicate with any of the Terran/Protoss/Zerg aggressors. Without the Cerebrates, the Zerg Swarm is essentially brainless with the exception of Kerrigan.

While wraiths do 20 damage compared to scout's 28, they do have a (slightly) higher rate of fire.
But most of all, wraiths can cloak. So when a guy brings in a fleet of carriers, in go the wraiths and they tear those bitches apart, one by one. If he brings observers, all it takes is a scanner sweep and you can quickly take them out (they never seem to bring more than
