im finally done with the other eye (right) just yesterday.. but today i feel little uneasy because it feels like the left eye is not as clear as the right, i feel just a bit smoky on the left (operated a week ago).. i feel they are not balanced.. they did a 'nerve' test with my left eye today.. (looking thru a scope then you'll see flying red sparks) then my doctor simply said, its alright, its jus not yet stable. wait for 3 weeks he said.. WHY IS THAT DOC??? thanks.
I had this surgery 2 weeks ago and had done well until my 2 yr old hit me in the eye. My surgeon says that everything is ok, but that I must continue taking the prednisone drops 4x day for another 4 weeks! Problem is the drops are really making me angry and I go into a type of rage, can't s
leep much. I feel better when I stop taking them, but was told I must continue. I'm a police officer, so this is not good situation. Any suggestions? Have you encountered this?
I found out from my elderly dad that when he was in his 30's he had to take predisone drops and it did the same thing to him. Maybe a genetic chemical sensitive of some sort? Thanks for the information about preventing drop from absorbing so much.
