This is not a good video...it is sad what parkourists did to freerunning, they wanted more of a structured way to do this with competition and gear but freerunning was about self expression and not needing anything to do it, look up EMC or 3Run

wingedsoul? perhaps you require a history lesson. parkour was created before free-running. It was created by david belle,a close from of Sab fucan, the founder of free-running. Second, free-running to parkour is like protestants are to other christians, it branched of from parkour on account for it wanted more to do with style then with efficiantcy. and last but not least, the most foundamental philosophy of parkour is non competiveness while free running has ego, enilighten yourself please^^
