Iranian president Ahmadinejad answered questions of students and professors at Columbian University, NY on sept. 24, 2007. He thinks that broader research on the the murder of 6 million Jews by Nazi Germany is needed. Here he explains his reasoning.

He conflates 2 seperate arguments & sets of circumstances. Historical & scientific facts are quite different from each other. Historical facts can be established. Scientific facts, accepted currently, are always subject to refutation. This is the nature of the scientific enterprise.

wow ahmedinejad is actually stupid.. his response basically makes no sense.. the holocaust is not a cahnging field of science.. but a shockingly disturbing piece of history.. there is no more to research on the subject... that is why questioning it makes no sense.. because there is no question as to whether or not it happened.. perhaps He should like to sleep on a pillow stuffed with his raped and murdered mothers hair? or see his daughter shot in the head from fatigue due to malnourishment

This man is merely speculating that much of the quoted history of the holocaust is one-sided and needs further study (for his people to fully understand). This is a reasonable response. I have studied the holocaust for over a decade and there is still more information to get through! He never said it the holocaust did not happen.

Dude, she's doing it live, do you have any idea how hard that actually is? Interprets work no more than 20-minute shifts because it's hard to keep the pace, especially when the orator speaks so fast without pause. I think she did a fantastic job.

The university president is a dullard. His views are one-sided, bigoted, and it shows a lot about the way opinions are formed. Ahmadinajad on the other hand showed incredible depth. Could you imagine bush going to iran and doing this. God forbid.

I agree with THE greatest President of all times, Ahmadinejad. I my self think the same as he does on Holocaust. What does Palestinians have to do With houlosaus that Happened in Europe!?
In America ppl know Holocaust and Immediately think Jewes. Americans think of the World war 2 as a crime only on Jewes because 6 mill jewes died. Not only Jewes died, What about Russians (20 millions) what about Gypsies, etc etc. My Grandmother and Grandfather died in World War 2 and they were not Jewes.
