no, he faked a miss clap to allow the other opponent to try to make a move then used a 360 rite after. its hard to get it to work because the timing issue and the other opponent has to push a button else u just miss. i've tried it, its really not that useful, i've found more useful buffers.

god people! ken wasnt taunting to make hugo look like a jackass, he was doing it because ken's taunt, ups the damage percentage on his next combo. aainst hayao's hugo, u need all the damage you can get
