That was almost an intelligent comment until you made a generalized statement about the intelligence (or lack thereof) of americans. My take on it is that Spielberg knows the nature of a good story. Many stories follow this patter. I've just never seen one that is amazingly parallel to the Gospel story. It is funny to me how many people put so much hope in Aliens, but think Christianity is hooey.
