So nice to see young people interested in this kind of music. It's still out there, it's just not on the radio or in the stores because the record companies think you don't want it. Us old folks have never stopped listening to it.
Go listen to local live music, open-mic nights, summer concerts -- it's there! It's here on YouTube! Quit buying the crap the record companies are selling. Better yet, buy a guitar, learn to play and sing, and then do your own covers and original music.

the crap that people are recording today, that isn't music. the 70's and of course, the 80's, now that was music.
i'm just mad i wasn't born yet to enjoy it back then. missed out on all the real music performed live. but thank god for youtube!
