I just looked in Motor trend... and the Scuderia does the 1/4 in 11.2 @ 126.7mph... I DONT HAVE THE MONEY FOR A FERRARI! I am Italian and I LOVE Ferarri's they are SEX on wheels for sure, but they are metal, rubber and glass just like a GTI/R32. If a car can go as fast as another car when comparing speed - its relevant - if we are comparing them as art, then there is no comparison - Ferarri wins ... but perhaps dont be so fast to discount another car when it does hold its own in certain categories.

We own a Golf R32. friend owns AR 147 GTA. The R32's handling is like no other, with esp turned on, it will fly round any corner at high speeds without sliding out. turn esp off, and its so fun, easy to control. The alfa romeo isnt as fast, and not handle as good. The alfa will get problems, they all do, but it will win on looks and its cheaper. overall luxery i would go with the golf. we have old model, dunno what new 1 like. And the golf sounds just SPECTACULAR! used 2005 is £21,000
