You probably..well OBVIOUSLY didn't mention to it that half the STRESS that you experience IS actually just the COFFEE experience..like when Jimi Hendrix asked Are You Experienced...you'd be able to say...well..yes..I am NOW experienced..technichly.

So true! Personally, I'm not a coffee drinker but I was part of a program once that talked about self-medicating and coffee was part of the discussion. We learned that coffee actually perpetuates your tiredness. Quit and in about a week you won't even need it anymore.

YOu are absolutely correct. Modern society is demanding. Stimulants help us to make it to work on time to earn that money we must have to buy all the crap we mostly do not need.

Anti-depressants are also rampant because modern society is wrenching and depressing, while at the same time it lulls us with short term luxuries and media entertainments. Anxiety that there is something wrong is a big no-no in the modern living demand "success" pyramid. Our employers don't want us to remember how MISERABLE the servant jobs they give us are...

Alcohol serves the same purpose. Television serves the same purpose. Computers now serve the same purpose. Media and anti-depressants are the opiate of the masses in our current age. Tim said it best years ago. Tune in (to the universal message), turn on (the light of love in your heart/spirit/mind), and drop out (of whatever is making you miserable).

I realised when I first started drinking energy drinks, that I was addicted to them severly. I finally was able to stop drinking them so much and buying tons of different energy drinks and drinking them all at the same time. Now I only drink a caffine drinks once a day, so I've improved I guess. Great video, 5 stars!!

I'm speaking those who don't want the addiction of the tool anymore. People who are content with participating are totally free to do so, but when it's time to quit and you find you can't you may understand more where I am coming from.

I drink white tea, which tastes great and is really good for you (antioxidants). But even though it has only a little caffeine, it has a very bad effect on me. I gotta quit!

I use caffeine because I like the high it gives me. unfortunately the amount I need to consume to get that buzz is getting greater and in turn causing negative side effects. I guess I'm just a caffeine junky and proud of it. I use caffeine to get me through the day regardless of whether I'm doing things I enjoy or not. Caffeine has nothing to do with why I don't quit my lousy ass job that I hate.
