Autism Enlightened is a documentary film that features 3 parents and a physician who share their experiences and knowledge regarding the diagnosis and treatment of autism. The film is intended to educate as well as provide hope to parents and families who are dealing with this disease.

Thats what happened to my child who now has AUTISM.... He had a high fever was hospitalized for three days and then after a few weeks was forever silent..... I am sorry I hope you have better luck.

Nonsense. Autism is genetic. Don't waste your time with these foolish alternative therapies. Look for evidence-based therapies (ABA, Pivotal response training, verbal behavior, etc). There is no thimerisol in vaccines anymore yet rates of autism continue to rise. There is no relationship between mercury and autism.

That's the way recessive genes sometimes work; it takes the particular combination of your son's genetics to produce the disorder. I feel for your family and wish you the best in finding treatment for him. There is no magic cure, just lots of hard work but so many children learn to talk and socialize that with good therapists, you can be successful.

Doesn't matter what you or your friend says, the Mercury theory has been proven to be bogus. I don't care if you don't believe me, though you and your friend are unfortunate for still buying into it.
Call me what you will, I know the science behind it, and that though it may have been a good theory at first, it doesn't add up. I'm sorry if that takes away some hope your friend has, but like me, he's stuck as he is, and better learn to deal with it if he hasn't already.

There are many sources of mercury other than vaccines. Also, vaccines contain adjuvants that create inflammation that may cause autism. Amish never get autism, and never get vaccines.

Another form of eugenics and another source tomake a money making scheme off of the ignorance and fears of the (sheeple) people.
By the way, I was diagnosed with ADHD/Autism at the age of 4, prior to 1976.... The vaccines is not the catalyst which produces autism. If vaccines did rewire the brain on a neurological level like they claim, Would you then think they would seek some sort of means to exploit this to the public fo
r monetary gain?

Try reading the book Navigating through Autism, that might be a good start. Many people have Autistic Children, once you take the time & make the effort, you may find them more Enlightened than Normal & wise beyond there years.

my son also diagnosed with autism when he was 3,5 years old,now he is 9 years old,we don't anyone in mya family has it either..I have watched his videos when he was 1 and 1,5 years he was normal child focusing,,,,after injections I have noticed he dos=es not eye contact:( I dont now what it caused it but I strongly believe it could be the mmr injections..:(

To some of you who say that Thimerisol(mercury) is removed from the shots...BULL!!! They don't have to report it because it is not considered an active ingredient! (it is to keep shelf life) even though it does the most damage! The reason why it hasn't been fully linked is because there haven't been real studies, they would lose to much money on the shots they put into our children! (500-700 dollars per child every check-up)

Almost everyone in government(at least higher up) have at least $25,000 in pharmacuetical stocks. Do you think that they are going to link Autism to vaccines when they make the most money off of vaccines? You all do the math...listen to people who have nothing to lose...or listen to people who have everything to lose! 98% of Pertusis, Chicken Pox, ect. are of children whom are vaccinated.

so are our kids autistic or suffering from intolerance and vaccine injury? is it both? I have done a lot of question asking and have learned that Autism does indeed occur in children who never recieve any vaccines. Still, do doctors consider vaccine reactions when giving those shots? Do they warn parents of the dangers involved in injecting a small baby with toxic chemicals-NO! Let this be that warning! Vaccines are hurting our children! doctors are poisoning or babies! GREEN OUR VACCINES!

So, what is the answer? I have a 15 month old (getting ready for his MMR shot) and a 3 year old. Do I spread out the shots, do seperate Measles, mumps, rubella shots?

If it were me, and it is because I have a unvaccinated baby...I wouldn't give the MMR at all...or if you do feel like your child needs it I would wait until he is much older..say 3-5 years old. Allow his body to build it's own natural defences and for his brain to develop without toxic chemicals! These first few years of life are so important to the develpopment of the brain. The differences between my unvaccinated son and the one who had shots(not all of them but some) are astonishing.

Good point, most of the children who get these diseases are vaccinated! I will NEVER allow one of my children to have vaccines after seeing what they did to my first child. The CDC can't explain why they have put so much chemical waste into the shots they give our babies, and until they can GREEN OUR VACCINES I think parents should wait! If you do feel like there is a need to vaccinate do so when your children are older and more developed, not when they are under three and so fragile!

I just wanted to say that I believe the most harmful and useless shot given to our kids in this country is the HepB shot given in the first hours of birth. It's loaded with alluminum and causes damages before we even have a chance to know our babies!!! The HepB is FULL of alluminum, more that any other shot given, and more than three times the FDA approved dose for an adult is injected into newborns!! Tell you pregnant friends to reconsider this shot when birthing in a hospital, it IS a choice!

if you fear a child has a vulnerable immune system you can ask a GP to space vaccinations to allow the body not to have a shock or autoimmune reaction. But the biggest danger is a world of measles epidemics. 20% of kids with autism don't have enough immunity to fight measles so in an unvaccinated world they'd carry it for years, infecting everyone... makes no sense. feel free to read articles at my website.
