Well, shamefully I do take some pleasure in eating food and smug self-righteousness is not enough to keep me happy.
Salads/Meat alternatives/Crisps and Chocolates is not enough for a balanced diet - so I'll stick to the meat.
Invent a meat taste-a-like that actually tastes like meat and I'll give it up in a second.

While I'm so happy you made the choice to have an ethical diet, you should Google the Peaceful Prairie free-range myth and learn more about them. All eggs are cruel and you aren't technically a vegan if you still eat them.

Animals like lions that kill other animals do it as a means to survive because they are carnivores. Humans aren't carnivores, and don't need to eat meat.
Humans can survive perfectly healthily without eating meat so why on earth kill an innocent creature? Surely we're more intelligent than that.
