Sorry about your diabetes, but good to see you have a 24/7 caregiver. My mom once tripped and fell down and her boxer barked like crazy. When no one came, she jumped through the front window, breaking the window, and stayed in the front yard barking frantically until a neighbor came. The boxer saved my mom's life.
