make sure you clean out the powder on the inside REALLY GOOD. i was lazy and just used a toohbrush and hot soapy water and it burn the hell outa my lungs (got real high though) an easier way to do this is just take a seringe without the plunger thats the same size as the bulb opening and shove it in. works even better than this!
