XB GT or not, it is what he says it is, especially in the States. This is probably one of only a handful of Australian Fords that exist in the US. Who would know to tell the difference?
PS. With the MPG this car gets he probably goes from gas station to gas station on a weekend drive.

The fact Jim got stuck on a movie and picked that car bemuses me. He bought a ripper, and kudos to the fact.
I can see why he would go for this hot rod though. I am picky, but the movie car was Americanised and the original is already a great Australian iconic car.

Overall nice!..but is the blower really functional?...I mean it turns and sounds nice but does it really boost the horsepower? the guy looked like he was doing 45 mph and the blower was spinning!?!..he'd of shot away a lot faster then that!...if the blower is functional, by how much does it increase the horsepower to on the standard Falcon??..anyone know? anyone know the base horsepower on the '74 FalconXB GT??...thanks
