The two women in the video none of them are Judy.come on people read some lines about the vid.
..and i cant find out any similarities or even some connection between the music and the images.

No offense but I don't really like the video selection that you put together with Judy Garland singing it. Judy Garland herself was a good singer and if your going to put a video with her singing "Over the Rainbow" (which was a great song by the way) but you should make the movie a tribute to Judy Garland.
