this is a nice video. Thanks for the post! I'm in the middle of reading the novel, and thus far I am impressed with the quality of Count Leo Tolstoy's work. The character development and subtleties even in translation are worth taking the time for these 700+ pages.

niki - if you really respect the genius of Tolstoy's work you would understand that it is open to many interpretations by many different readers. It is such a well-realised book that it can be understood in multipe ways.
