This was a great night, our release party at home. Jux Tap is a fantastic Club, and we played 1 hour show, with the keys of our houses in our pockets. Strange, but incredibly emotive.
Doesn't sounds like the original, but the undertones and some of the chord progressions are reminiscent of it. Doesn't mean it's a bad cover, as a matter of fact I rather enjoyed it, and I'm a fairly rabid DM fan. Sticking to the original a little more would have made it a lot better imo.

This version of the Depeche mode song doesn't even sounds like it's a cover, because sounds completely differente. I agree with jubly1969, if they changed it so much ith the music, change the lyrics too. Or try to be creative with a brand new song on your own.

OUTSIDER, dont listen to these dickheads, not one of them will be able to play an instrument or hold a tune. I am diehard DM fan, the biggest compliment you can pay a band is to cover a track. yes its nothing like DM, but thats the point, if its too much like the original then why bother ? This track impressed me enough to log onto their site and order the album.

Anyone that commented negatively is out of their minds. I've been a die hard fan of DM since I was a fetus but i'm also open to all other types of music and this is a VERY good cover. You guys hit the nail on the head turning this into rock.
