Here's a little Amiga game music compilation I made.
Sorry for the slight choppiness, I couldn't find any way to avoid that.

Fcuk me, Blood Money. That was a mental tune! And a tough game - I never got passed world3. Also loved Xenon's rip of John Carpenters Assault on Precinct 13 theme
You are certainly ... ( 3 weeks ago by blade004)
You are certainly one hell of a delusional man. The Amiga's sound chip and the quality of the musical composers from the Amiga AND Commodore 64 scene using the C64's amazing SID chip absolutely left the NES standing! The SNES may have had a 16 bit sound chip as opposed to the Amiga's 8 bit sound chip, but the sheer quality of that chip and again composers like Chris Huelsbeck made sure that the Consoles were not in the same class. when it comes to the C64, its influence is still in music TODAY

You must be thinking of the game "Vixen" yes!? that has a blonde girl running around with virtually nothing on with a whip killing dinosaurs..etc.. look up a website called "Hall Of Light". Its an Amiga game reference site showing virtually every Amiga game including screenshots, magazine scans for game reviews..etc.. Type Vixen into its search engine and have a look :)

Close but not close enough. 8 bit yes, but the Amiga actually had 4 8bit PCM channels driven by DMA. Each channel had independent volume control with their own output level control. The Amiga also maintained its "Stereo" appearance by splitting the 4 channels, two for left and Two for right.

If you add "fmt=18" at the end of the video's URL, the audio and video is improved greatly. Even moreso then YouTubes "Watch in high quality" feature.
Like so: watch?v=nTz5iwmtkrs&fmt=18
I wont watch a video without adding that suffix ever since I discovered it.

Old favorites: Turrican, Shadow Of The Beast.
New favorites: Alien Breed, Project-X, First Samurai.
I only wish that you could have played the actual level music to Beast - it was fan-tas-tic!! The score you mixed into the hollow tree sequence, however, is an unknown for me (I used to have both this game and an Amiga).

Yeah, it was used in both games - Zool had the original version, and Lotus III had the remix. It actually cropped up in a third game too, but I can't remember which one...
