this is not entirely true. because of the simple reason that there is no uniformity in addiction. it differs from drug to drug and person to person. she describes her view on it,and made great music because of it

I searched Amazon, there's no other band with a song named "not an addict". Then I searched google. the few results that share your opinion AND provide streams or download links to a song are all k's choice's not an addict. Then i grabbed the booklet of the k's choice album "paradise in me" where you can read that Sarah and Gert Bettens wrote the song. And these guys are (were) from K's Choice and NOT Jane's Addiction.
