The Phelophepa Train, affectionately known as 'The Miracle Train' (funded from donations from international companies) travels to rural communities in South Africa bringing much needed health care services including medical, dental and psychological counselling to the residents there. Aboard the train is a full-time Journey Practitioner, who is fully funded by The Journey's charitable arm, Journey Outreach and The Phelophepa Foundation and this video shows how Journeywork has transformed the lives of children and adults en-route.
Since its beginnings in 2004 Journey Outreach has been reaching out to children throughout the world helping them to heal from the daily traumas they face and now has numerous, active programmes in South Africa, Botswana, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and America.
