Harlan Howard and Tompall Glaser wrote this song.

Sorry, but wrong information - Charlie Pride's version never even entered TOP-100 COUNTRY charts (BILLBOARD or others).... but his version was a good one, too.

Beautiful, I remember local bands in the Badger's Quay,Nfld. area do this number in the late 60's. Sad, all those good bands and good days have disappered. Now there's a band or two who show up summer time-they sound like barking dogs. Take me back to the good times.
