What a classic gem from the old Lawrence Welk Show! This piece aired on Feb 22, 1964 and it shows that The Mills Brothers still had it after more than 40 years in the business. I especially love Harry's physical action, expression and timing when he picks up the tempo after the one minute lead-in from his brother Donald. Brother Herbert on harmony and Norman Brown on guitar are very impressive as always. I love it! Thanks for posting cputb1!

My 16 year old daughter loves Louis Armstrong, Billy Joel, Earth wind and Fire and after showing her this video, The Mills Brothers.
My wife and I saw them in the early eighties, we were in our twenties at the time and surprised how many people our age were there,to this day they were one of the best acts we have ever seen.
Harry Mills: one of the classy showman of all time (the other brothers as well).

Great comment dafunko915! Yes, there was definitely something special and classy about these guys, and it's great that you could share them with your daughter, and that she can enjoy 'em and "get it".
BTW, Billy J and EW&F are among my top favs two. I wore out many record player needle's on those albums.
(Did I say record player? Whoops, I'm really showing my age now, hahaha)
