Now I would give a full crow eating if it wasn't for a small technicality. The tape in this instance is in fact DUCT tape and the BRAND is only called DUCK as the following image will confirm. Therefore even though you have established the existence of a product called DUCK tape you haven't altered my claim that the stuff is DUCT tape.

This comment tells us about you, but nothing whatsoever about me. You should have paid more attention yourself. As someone has provided me with proof that there is a product called DUCK tape, but since that is a brand name and the stuff is still labeled DUCT tape, my main contention still stands. It also occurs to me that if there was an actual material called DUCK tape, then it would be unlikely a brand name could be made out of it and if it was then it would be DUCK brand DUCK tape.
