Please provide some REAL names of young people that are worse off under the new laws. Young workers are NOW paid more than ever before, and the new laws allow young workers and employers to be flexible around study. The bosses will not sack you, if they do they not worth working for... VOTE 1 LIBERAL

Well I'm young and he NEVER had my vote. I'm proud to say that I was a Howard-hater before it was trendy. Most of my mates usually wouldn't give a shit and would've voted Howard in the election but workchoices has made them have a closer look at the Coalition.
I know a lot of young people who have been screwed by workchoices, mostly in hospitality/retail/call centres. Shmit1487 - it is my understanding that these industries have seen a DROP in real wages since WC.
real wages is just ... ( 10 months ago by adlunt07)
real wages is just a political term used by both parties. I can say I do know alot of young people who still support the coalition. The government are there to macro-manage the economy. By creating conditions that are conducive to low unemployment. There must then be a regulatory body to ensure that adequate wages are paid. The world is changing, and businesses need to become more dynamic, thus the liberals are moving with the times. Cut the fat of excessive bureaucracies and move on!
