I seen this on the news, I'm from the city where it happend at, what they didn't show you on here is the fact the officers invovled got in trouble because they were pulling along side of him in the patrol cars while riding on the sidewalk and they used a spike belt in the middle of a busy intersection (hence the fire) inwhich TPD aren't allowed to use spike belts on cars that size esp at busy cross sreets.
It was funny though cuz he had beef with his dad so he took his RV and fucked it up lol
