it`s not the fame per se...it`s all the things that come with fame, having to tour everywhere to promote an album...something that with her fear of flying is vitually impossible, the media and the paparazzi following you everywhere, giving inteviews 24/7... but i agree with you it`s sad that she can handle those things anymore like she did in the ABBA years, because she still have an awesome voice and phisically she looks great, so she could still kick ass if she would have had a stronger inside

well if Agnetha is afraid of flying she should not fly and just go around in land, after all Europe is a continent that is connected so u don't really need to fly. I really think she is a great person!

Well, she's very sweet, yet also kind of nuts.
I will never understand how Agnetha and the rest of ABBA could make all that great music and have all that success, but they don't feel that drive to play for their worldwide audience. It's a shame.

I agree, but I also feel like when she was in ABBA she gave the public a great portion of her youth, her exuberance, her talent and her voice. She really deserves having the peace that she seeks.
We are on the outside, thinking it would be great to see ABBA get together again, but I can imagine it must have been hard to deal with. I actually feel good for her that she has time to just enjoy her own life and her family.
